All about Luke

Luke is almost 2 years old. I can't believe it. So in honor of his almost birthday I thought he deserved a blog post dedicated to him and his BIG personality. Luke is a handful. He has a temper and is not afraid to express his feelings. When he gets mad, watch out! He is stubborn. He wants what he wants and rarely backs down until he gets it. He is mischievous and loves teasing his sister it brings him great joy. When he is upset he cries so hard he makes himself throw up. He is terrified of all bugs. Even seeing a house fly makes him breakdown and cry in total fear of the harmless thing. When I tell him "No Luke" he always replies "why". He is independent and wants to do things on his own if you try to help to hurry along the process he freaks out. He can make some seriously big messes in no time at all. Some days he can really drive me crazy. But he somehow knows when I've had enough and he will run right up to me and wrap his little arms around me and give me the best hug. Then he will look me right in the eyes and gives me his sweet little squinty-eyed smile. He is so funny and can get the whole family laughing at the silliest things. He is my best helper and completes tasks with great pride and satisfaction. He is one crazy little man, But he is OUR crazy little man. I can't and wouldn't want to imagine life without him.
