5 Years

Today I have been married for 5 years! It has been a crazy 5 years. I feel like I really lucked out when I married Steve. I thought he was pretty wonderful when we got married but I seriously had no idea how perfectly wonderful he is for me. He is my best friend we have the greatest time together, he is the BEST Dad the kids adore him, he is hardworking, he is smart, he knows I'm sensitive so he's always so careful about not hurting my feelings, on the rare occasion when he unintentionally does hurt my feelings he is genuinely sorry, he compliments me even when I know I'm having an ugly day, he helps out in the cooking dept he enjoys it I don't, he is funny and can really make me laugh especially when I'm not in the mood to laugh, he encourages me to hang out with my friends and watches the kids so I can, he plays games with me I love playing games, & he makes me feel special every day. I LOVE you Steve. You are above and beyond my ultimate dream guy. I am SO grateful we picked each other. I can't and wouldn't want to imagine life without you by my side. XOXO

My Little Artist

Kate has been really into drawing and painting lately. She really likes to draw pictures of people. Here are a few of her masterpieces!! I think they are really great & I am one proud Mama!

Just Chillin

The kids were outside playing enjoying the beautiful weather while I was cleaning the kitchen. A few minutes had passed and I went to check on them and this is what I found.

Jason dragged both of his blankies and his bottle outside and was just chillin, happy as can be!

Kate's Grocery Picks

When I go grocery shopping with all 3 kids I stick to getting the necessities and avoid isles that I know will cause tantrums, you know like the cookie isle. Everyone once in a while I get the luxury of going grocery shopping while Steve is around so I don't have to take everyone. Usually I will take one kid with me because I think it's fun to go with just one. Today was Kate's turns to tag along with me. When I have only one kid with me I enjoy taking my time and going up and down ALL the isles. I let whoever is with me pick out something that we don't usually buy. Last time when Luke went with me he picked out Jolly Rancher Popsicles. Today Kate picked out chocolate milk and cherry pop tarts. She was so excited to get home and show Luke what she picked out for them. They were so cute and happy sitting at the counter eating their special treats. While eating Luke kept saying mmmm pretty good, good job Katey-Bug.

Good times with Good friends

I feel so lucky that I live so close to one of my dearest friends. Tiffany and I have known each other since we were babies and now we have babies who love playing with each other. We get together often and when we get together it's always loud and crazy and messy and FUN!
