Jason & "John" best friends

Jason has a new best friend these days "the John". He is totally obsessed with the toilet. I try to keep the door closed but with Luke potty training he gets lots of opportunities to sneak in the bathroom and play. It brings him GREAT joy and it brings me the heebie jeebies!! We have bikes, balls, cars, tools, and toys galore but nothing is more alluring and more fun than the toilet.

Jason is 1

Jason turned 1! He has been an absolute delight. We are so madly in love with him and can't image life without him and his big infectious smile that is constantly on his face. To celebrate we went to Rainforrest Cafe for some fun dessert. The kids were mesmorized with the atmosphere and the dessert was delicous.

He LOVES food, this kid can eat!
He started walking at 10 months.
He loves being outside.
He hates cuddling.
He is almost always happy.
He hates getting his diaper changed.
He weighs 22 lbs.
One of his favorite things to do is to stand at the top of the stairs and throw toys down them.
His first word was ball. He loves balls.
He is lots of fun and makes me laugh every day.
He is no good at taking naps, but sleeps great at night.
He loves dogs.
He is just barely getting his top 2 teeth.
He is very loved, especially by his big bro Luke.

The other day Kate told me she was going to marry Luke. I told her she couldn't marry Luke because he is her brother and you can't marry people you're related to. She cried and cried. I then asked her why she wanted to marry him so badly and she replied in the sweetest and most sincere voice, "because he is my friend and I love him" I love that they love each other so much!!!

She has now decided that she will marry prince charming instead but really wants Luke to be one of her fairies. (She is slightly obsessed with the movie Sleeping Beauty)
