Girl With a Green Thumb

Whenever we ask Kate what she wants to be when she grows up she always answers,"a mom and a gardener" She is in charge of watering our front yard and does it every day happily. The other day she brought something in the house cupped in between her little hands and said,"Mom, Dad said you're gonna freak out but look how cute this thing is!" It was a huge disgusting garden grub. She is crazy and so earthy.  She was so excited when she found out her school has a gardening club and begged me to sign her up. When she got home today she was all smiles telling me about how they met at lunch and pulled weeds!  She also got to bring home some freshly grown tomatoes. She is such a cute little plant growing, bug loving, tree hugging girl. I really like her A LOT!
