Kindness

I wanted to pick a family motto this year. Something for us to focus on. I picked something simple but something so important. Kindness. I want to raise kind kids and I want to be kind! Being kind is more than not being mean. It's doing nice things for people we love, for strangers, & especially for people who are cranky & mean. I've hung lots of quotes around the house to remind us to be kind. So here's to a year that is hopefully full of kind words and random acts of kindness!
